I read "How to Make Webcomics" by Kurtz and the gang over the weekend to see what nuggets I might glean from their expertise. Lots of good advice, much of which I've got covered having been doing this stuff for a while. The bottom line (in their opinion) is; if it's a good quality comic, it will eventually draw a crowd - be patient.
